Crescent Heights Management is a new initiative from Crescent Heights Films, created by Steven Fazekas to help writers, directors, and actors develop their work and consider the next steps in their careers.

The idea grew naturally from Steven’s time in Thailand, where creative peers often sought his advice. Returning to Los Angeles inspired him to build on that work through a focused management practice.

Steven’s move into management also builds on industry relationships developed over more than three decades, with agents at leading agencies including CAA, studio presidents and senior executives, and independent producers actively making major Hollywood films.

His approach begins with listening and working together on material, creative choices, and long-term career direction, informed by those ongoing relationships.

This newly launched initiative welcomes introductory conversations with writers, directors, and actors seeking thoughtful guidance and a collaborative approach to their work.
